Refund Policy: Harold's Jewelers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We promise to exceed expectations with photos and detailed descriptions of our merchandise BEFORE you buy. If you need to return, however, you may receive a full refund (minus shipping charges)by check only provided you meet the following requirements: You must call us at 561-392-0502 within one day of receipt of your order receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER; we must receive the item back in pristine condition within five (5) days of your receipt of purchase.
